Rambert Dance
Having been completely entranced by classical ballet I was interested in trying my hand at something more contemporary.
The opportunity arose to study with Rambert Dance at their London studios in 2001, the year of their 75th Anniversary. My first encounter was working with award winning choreographer Wayne McGregor (Artistic Director of Random Dance Company) Wayne was in rehearsal for his debut work with Rambert `Detritus` the result of which was a series of studies. One of these achieved a finalist place in the Garrick-Milne Prize 2003. Subsequently I had the pleasure of working again with Rambert and their Artistic Director Christopher Bruce on one of his famous productions `Rooster` The relationship continues and I have recently worked with their brand new production `21` exploring the meaning of celebrity and adoration, featuring Kylie Minogue.
